Bill.com Acquires Invoice2go and Other Digital Transactions Short Messages 7/19/21 – Digital Transactions
- Business Payment Provider Bill.com announced the acquisition of Invoice2go, valued at $ 625 million, an accounts receivable software company initially focused on mobile devices. The share and cash transaction is expected by the end of 2021.
- American specialist in blockchain payments GreenBox POS LLC has agreed to acquire Europe-based processor Transact Europe Holdings OOD for ⬠30 million, or approximately $ 35 million. The deal gives GreenBox primary membership in Visa and Mastercard for both acquiring and issuing.
