Certified Collectibles Group strengthens allegations of unfair and fraudulent trading practices against Globant
The new allegations come in part from internal emails that Globant created during the litigation. According to the amended complaint, these emails indicate that Globant’s consultants, executives and officers were aware of serious issues with Globant’s performance but withheld them from CCG and its management team.
