Westport, CT Nate Greenberg joined Saugatuck Commercial Real Estate as an Associate. Greenberg worked in London for four years for the McArthurGlen Group, the largest operator / developer of outlet malls in Europe. As part of the asset management team, Greenberg has leased 25 shopping centers in nine different countries across Europe. He built strong relationships with the top 50 brands in the portfolio and worked with Nike, Adidas, Puma and the VF Group on leasing strategies and asset management for existing branch fleets, among others. Greenberg’s experience also includes project and construction management support for residential and commercial projects.
Greenberg will assist the team in identifying and representing tenants and landlords while helping the team develop opportunities and real estate outside of the market.
