Black Friday is just around the corner again and there’s a slew of Nintendo Switch sales and offers going on. Some offers are now live while others will go live on November 21st allegedly begin). There are a lot of games on offer, but as any Nintendo fan can expect, there aren’t too many hardware offerings.
A number of the largest retailers, from Amazon to Gamestop to Target, are of course involved. Here are the best deals we know so far. Use the links below to go to each dealer section.
Nintendo Black Friday games and bundles
The Big N itself has sales and offers starting November 21. This includes discounts on a variety of first-party titles as well as a Nintendo Switch bundle.
A recent taste of these deals confirms that Nintendo will be offering a Switch bundle for $ 299 that includes a base Nintendo Switch (not the OLED variant). Mario Kart 8 Deluxe, and 3 months of Nintendo Switch Online.
This console bundle sale isn’t exactly new; a 2020 GameStop Black Friday ad appears in the front and center. At the moment it is unclear whether it will appear at other retailers or be exclusive to Nintendo. Anyway, it’s not something to be missed for a switch in the marketplace.
Aside from this bundle, a number of high-profile games from Nintendo itself will also be available for $ 39.99, including:
- The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild
- New Super Mario Bros. U Deluxe
- Splatoon 2
- Astral chain
- Kirby and the Rainbow Curse
- Fire Emblem: Three houses
Mario Kart Live will drop to $ 59.99, and Ringfit adventure will go for $ 54.99. It doesn’t seem that some games, such as Metroid horror and Mario party superstars receive any discounts. These sales will be available through November 27, according to Nintendo, and when they appear, they can be found here.
Amazon Buy 2 and get 1 free Switch games
Okay, that’s technically a Buy 2 Get 1 for a wide variety of video games on Amazon, including PlayStation 4 and PS5, as well as Xbox One and Series X. But perhaps the biggest news is that some Nintendo Switch games are included as well.
Go over to Amazon, and review the qualifying games. In order to take advantage of the offer and redeem the offer, according to Amazon you have to add three items to your shopping cart and the savings are “automatically offset at the checkout if they are entitled”. It doesn’t seem every Game is to be won, but some are.
The best part is that this is a mix-and-match deal; it doesn’t just apply to games for other systems, but also to movies, music, books, and more.

Nintendo Switch Black Friday at Target
Although Black Friday is not specifically mentioned, Target is also offering a free Buy 2 Get 1 video game offer. And since it’s November, we’re adding it here. An ad scan mentions these deals valid until November 13thso act quickly.
Just like Amazon, it’s also a Buy 2 Get 1 mix-and-match sale that includes all gaming platforms, movies, books, and more. Here are some highlights:
- Mario + Rabbid: Kingdom Battle
- Pokemon Let’s Go Pikachu! / Evee!
- Super Monkey Ball: Banana Flash HD
- The Legend of Zelda: Link’s Awakening
- Luigi’s mansion 3
It should be noted that Target’s selection is far smaller than Amazon’s currently. In any case, you can find out more about the offer by going to BOGO switch side of the target. We will update this page with additional Target offers as they appear later this month.
GameStop Nintendo Switch Deals
It seems that GameStop has not yet published its Black Friday ad, so we don’t yet know exactly what to win or at what prices (if you’ve seen it and it exists, leave a comment below and we will Update article).
Regardless, there are currently a few Nintendo Switch games available from retailers, including:

All in all, there are about 12 full pages of sales, although some games that are returned for query do not appear to be on sale so you will have to do a little bit of research. Stop by here to check it out.
Best Buy Nintendo Switch Sale
Best Buy has been running Black Friday deals since mid-October, but it seems the retailer isn’t in full-fledged Christmas sales mode just yet. As of this writing, there are only a handful of video game deals available on their website, and their Black Friday ad has not yet appeared.
There aren’t any Switch-specific offerings, and frankly, not much noteworthy.
Walmart Nintendo Switch Deals
Walmart is another retailer that has not yet shared all of its video game plans on Black Friday 2021, which is a bit strange considering the retailer’s ad is already out. Regardless, Wal-Mart will be offering an Early Access Black Friday sale for Walmart + members starting November 10th at 3:00 p.m. EST. Early Access is not available to Walmart + trial members.
There is really no idea what to expect, although it can be assumed some Switch games are available for sale.
