System engineer – IT-Online

Purpose of work:

• To implement, support and maintain the Postilion environment.

Educational qualifications:

Years of experience

• 5 years + Postillion environment support and maintenance

Other requirements

• Fluency in English is mandatory

Main Responsibilities:

• Supporting the production environment and ensuring that adequate testing has taken place before implementing new systems or changing existing systems.
• Investigation of production-related questions asked by companies or external parties
• Ensure that assigned project deliverables, milestones and schedules are met and met.
• Ensure that communication channels are established with all customers at a technical level
• Support UAT and development processes as needed
• Document processes, procedures and technical specifications as needed
• Analysis of transaction-related data
• Provide PCI support and guidance
• Management of crypto keys

Core tasks:

• Implementation of application upgrades, patches and their testing
• Support and administration of the Postillion Payment application platform.

• Support for PCI standards within environments.
• Assistance with PCI audits
• Act as a subject matter expert in customer meetings or when answering customer inquiries
• Product support for payment terminals (knowledge of integrated and standalone POS terminals)
