The Boulder Group has been selling a single-tenant Taco Bell at 4025 N. 124. closedNS St. in Brookfield, Wisconsin, for $ 1.65 million.
The 2,080-square-foot Taco Bell is located along North 124th Street (19,900 VPD) and is less than half a mile from Interstate 41, which has more than 142,000 vehicles daily.
