These NJ Boardwalks are among the best in America: Travel website

The boardwalks some New Jerseyers grew up on have been rated among America’s finest.

travel website TrendingTravel.org Ranked 15th best boardwalk in the country based on popularity, scenery, activity and more – and three of them are right here in the Garden State.

  • Atlantic City: Known for its numerous casinos, restaurants, shopping malls and being more than four miles long, Atlantic City’s boardwalk certainly deserves a spot on the list. It’s also right next to some of the best spots to post on the beach and soak up the sun.
  • Altitudes by the sea: With just over two miles of scenic shoreline, Seaside Heights boardwalk is perhaps best known for its proximity to the Casino Pier amusement park. Its countless shops, restaurants and events also make it the perfect destination for a family-friendly summer vacation.
  • Wildwood’s Boardwalk: The Wildwoods Boardwalk stretches nearly 40 blocks and offers shuttle service for visitor convenience while serving up a little slice of history with its gift shops, museums, and other attractions that date back to the 1890s.
